Roy Adaptation Model for Patients with Hypertension: A Case Report

Background and Aim: Hypertension is a significant risk factor for cardiovascular disease the leading cause of death worldwide. The nursing process based on Roy adaptation model widely used to solve problems caused by chronic diseases. This study aimed adapt performed patients with hypertension. Materials Methods: was conducted in autumn 2021 one hospitals Qom University Medical Sciences, City, Iran. A patient hypertension examined, him. Nursing care 6 stages. Results: showed that had maladaptive behaviors four modes (physiological needs, self-concept, role function, independence dependence). After model, decreased. Conclusion: According present results, can affect physical, psychological, In this regard, Nurses play more effective improving these applying model.
